Action Alert // NOAA's Budget

As long as they keep trying to diminish that which we love, we will fight. These wonky-sounding organizations do such important work. Let's not let them be undone.

Coastal Zone Management, Climate Research, Fisheries Management and other core ocean and coastal programs are essential to ocean conservation. But funds for these programs are at risk of being cut.

All of us who support and benefit from the NOAA efforts can play a role in defending this important work. Please call your Senate and House representatives in Washington D.C. and ask them to support critical funding for NOAA to manage our coasts and monitor weather, including climate change. #TheMoreYouNOAA
